Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Project Cruz at projectcruz.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. They do not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law and Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law.
Who we are. Project Cruz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email: support@projectcruz.com.
Products. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and size measurements. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
Prices. Our prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED). Where possible, they are shown in your local currency, converted at checkout. Prices include any applicable taxes. The total you pay, including shipping, is shown clearly before you confirm your order.
Orders. Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly shown in error, or we suspect fraud. We will tell you if this happens.
Payment. We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash on delivery is available in Saudi Arabia. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Delivery. We ship to Saudi Arabia, the other GCC countries and internationally. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of purchase (30 days outside Saudi Arabia), you can cancel it for a full refund.
Cancelling before shipping. You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing support@projectcruz.com with your order number. Once it ships, our Return Policy applies.
Returns and refunds. You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. Conditions and steps are set out in our Return Policy.
Damaged or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Care. Please follow the care label. We are not responsible for damage caused by not following the care instructions.
Our designs. All designs, images, logos and text on this site belong to Project Cruz. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Language. These terms are available in Arabic and English. If there is any difference between the two, the Arabic version applies.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. This does not take away the protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live, including Saudi Arabia.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.

تنطبق هذه الشروط عند الشراء من Project Cruz عبر projectcruz.com. بإتمامك الطلب، فإنك توافق عليها. ولا تحدّ هذه الشروط من أي حقوق تملكها بموجب أنظمة حماية المستهلك في بلدك، بما في ذلك قانون حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ونظام التجارة الإلكترونية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
من نحن. Project Cruz، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. البريد الإلكتروني: support@projectcruz.com.
المنتجات. نصف منتجاتنا ونصوّرها بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة، بما في ذلك القماش والقصّة والمقاسات. قد تظهر الألوان مختلفة قليلاً بحسب شاشتك.
الأسعار. نحدّد أسعارنا بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED)، وتُعرض بعملتك المحلية حيثما أمكن بعد تحويلها عند الدفع. تشمل الأسعار أي ضرائب مطبّقة. ويظهر المبلغ الإجمالي، شاملاً الشحن، بوضوح قبل تأكيد طلبك.
الطلبات. يُعدّ طلبك مؤكداً عند وصول رسالة تأكيد الطلب إلى بريدك الإلكتروني. يجوز لنا إلغاء الطلب وإعادة المبلغ كاملاً إذا نفد المنتج، أو ظهر السعر بخطأ واضح، أو اشتبهنا في احتيال. وسنُبلغك إن حدث ذلك.
الدفع. نقبل الدفع بالبطاقات وApple Pay وGoogle Pay. ويتوفر الدفع عند الاستلام داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. تُعالَج المدفوعات بالبطاقة بشكل آمن عبر جهة الدفع.
التوصيل. نشحن إلى المملكة العربية السعودية ودول الخليج الأخرى ودولياً. تظهر مُدد التوصيل وتكاليفه عند الدفع. إذا لم يصلك طلبك خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء (30 يوماً خارج السعودية)، يمكنك إلغاؤه واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً.
الإلغاء قبل الشحن. يمكنك إلغاء طلبك دون أي رسوم قبل شحنه، بمراسلتنا على support@projectcruz.com مع رقم الطلب. بعد الشحن، تنطبق سياسة الإرجاع.
الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ. يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام. توضّح سياسة الإرجاع الشروط والخطوات.
المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة. إذا وصلك المنتج تالفاً أو مختلفاً عما طلبته، راسلنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع صور له. نرسل لك بديلاً أو نُعيد المبلغ كاملاً دون أي تكلفة عليك.
العناية بالمنتج. يُرجى اتباع بطاقة العناية. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية الضرر الناتج عن عدم اتباع تعليمات العناية.
تصاميمنا. جميع التصاميم والصور والشعارات والنصوص في هذا الموقع مملوكة لـ Project Cruz. لا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منا.
اللغة. تتوفر هذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. وفي حال وجود أي اختلاف بينهما، يُعتمد النص العربي.
النظام الحاكم. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبَّق في إمارة دبي. ولا ينتقص ذلك من الحماية التي تمنحك إياها أنظمة حماية المستهلك في بلدك، بما فيها المملكة العربية السعودية.
التعديلات. يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط. والنسخة التي تنطبق على طلبك هي النسخة المعروضة وقت تقديمه.
